Identification is verified by Richard Willan, Nudi Pixel expert
Comment from Richard Willan: All the species presently placed in Mexichromis are variable and confusing. They all seem to have the spots on the mantle elevated on pustules to a greater or lesser extent. Mexichromis multituberculata presents the extreme case with the pustules being high and conical.
