Identification is verified by Richard Willan, Nudi Pixel expert
Comment from Richard Willan: This is the legendary Golden Wentletrap that feeds on Daffodil Corals (yellow and golden Tubastrea spp.). Normally these staircase shells, as wentletraps are also called, never leave their coral hosts. This one looks to be crawling actively in search of its coral.
