Comment from Richard Willan: An extremely dark individual but identifiable as Aegires gardineri by the black blotches (instead of lines) on the sides of the foot. In this photo the rhinophores are visible – note that they are completely smooth. Amongst dorid nudibranchs, the Aegiridae is almost the only family to have completely smooth rhinophores.
