Cuthona caerulea from Hyères, France
Identification verified by Nathalie Yonow

Identification is verified by Nathalie Yonow, Nudi Pixel expert

Comment from Nathalie Yonow: This is Cuthona caerulea. However, it is impossible to see the anterior tentacles. But there is a band of blue below the yellow on the cerata, barely visible here. For me the dead give-away is the clump of hydroid, called Sertularella. It forms large clumps like this. The egg mass is also typical of the species, and always on Sertularella.
