This pink nudibranch was found at Carmel Point., CA on 31 July 2007, it was formerly in the genus Hopkinsia. I remember about 40 years ago when I was taking invertebrate zoology, a girl (Claudia) in our class would see one in a tidepool during a field trip and say: "here's another bubblegum".
