Comment from Gary McDonald: Probably Dendronotus albus. Dendronotus albus has has 2 pairs of branched processes on the frontal veil and 4-8 pairs of cerata.
The very similar Dendronotus diversicolor has 3 pairs of branched processes on the frontal veil and 4-5 pairs of cerata.
