Comment from Richard Willan: This phyllidiid is characterised by the pale brown rhinophores, lateral black spots and single, mid-dorsal, longitudinal, black stripe. By contrast, the similar-looking Phyllidiopsis xishaensis has several (usually 3) mid-dorsal stripes and some cross bars connecting between these stripes.
