Comment from Richard Willan: Most recent comment from Dr. Richard Willan: Platydoris dierythros and Discodoris boholiensis are almost identical externally. One difference is the shape of the branchial pocket – deeply lobed in Platydoris dierythros against simple and smooth in Discodoris boholiensis. It appears to be lobed in both these individuals but it very hard to be sure, so leave them identified as Platydoris dierythros.
