Identification is verified by Richard Willan, Nudi Pixel expert
Comment from Richard Willan: It is very difficult to decide what to call this particular Phyllidia because it has characters of several different species. So I’m quite comfortable with you changing its identification to Phyllidia exquisita (because of the white granules in the skin). It is definitely better to call it either Phyllidia exquisita, or Phyllidia ocellata, rather than only Phyllidia sp.
