Comment from Nathalie Yonow: This is Phyllidiella granulata, with spiky tubercles on the dorsum, much more grey. It should have no submarginal black, but I can see a bit on its left side below/behind the rhinophore. The rhinophores are very definitely black here, so it isn’t Phyllidiella lizae.
