Identification is verified by Richard Willan, Nudi Pixel expert
Comment from Richard Willan: An undescribed species.
Comment from the photographer: specimen observed on Cap La Houssaye reef, 29 November 2008, depth: 12m, size: 10 mm.
According to Bill Rudman, it could be a Noumea sp2, but the shape of the mantle suggests a Thorunna...
My wife and I have observed 5 others specimens recently (april and may 2009) on the same rocks.
