Hexabranchus sanguineus from Malindi, Kenya
Identification verified by Nathalie Yonow

Identification is verified by Nathalie Yonow, Nudi Pixel expert

Comment from Nathalie Yonow: This is a juvenile Hexabranchus. You can tell by the six gills being inserted into separate pockets. I think sanguineus is endemic to the Red Sea and all the others are marginatus.

Thanks to Gary Cobb for suggesting identification for this species

Comment from Gary Cobb: This photo is a very juvenile. We have found them many times here in sthn Queensland. And they are strong swimmers!
