Comment from Barb Makohin: I observed these in Lembeh Straits for a long time and took photos and also video of them. They look and also move like a flatworm. It took a lot of searching however I do believe that they are infact flatworms,possibly in the genus Amphiscolops and not a member of the nudibranch family.
