Gary Cobb is the author of Undersea Jewels - A colour guide to Nudibranch book and the owner of Opistobranchs of the Sunshine Coast web site.

His camera gear consists of a Nikon Coolpix 5000 digital camera, Subal housing, twin Inon strobes with Ultralight arms. He uses a 512MB card so there are plenty of pics to take. He tied a short piece of webbing with a brass scissor clip onto the housing so he did not have to carry it while ascending. He also came up with a way to help get closer to the little nudibranchs, by using a magnifying glass held on with a piece of PVC.

To him, diving redundant is just as important as diving with compressed gas. He chooses to dive redundant because he chooses to deal with problems instead of relying on someone else.
