An atypical individual in that it has a network of longitudinal and radial opaque white lines on the central area instead of scattered white tubercles.

Limited to the western Indian Ocean

from Taiwan is very important. Previously this species was only known from the western Indian Ocean (South African coast to Madagascar, the island of Réunion, and the Seychelles), so this record of it from Taiwan is remarkable, if it is indeed Chromodoris lekker.
