This individual demonstrates the striped colour form which is highly reminiscent of, and may be the same species as, Chromodoris striatella.

This dorid nudibranch is characterised by the dorsum covered with brown spots, a broken line of bright orange around the mantle margin, very large gills, and radular teeth with large denticles.
