This nice photo shows 2 animals feeding on an athecate hydroid (Halecium sp.); one attacking the polyp and the other crawling up the stalk. What the photo does not show is the characters that diagnose this species of flabellinid aeolid – its lamellate rhinophores, or the broken line of opaque white along the sides of the body. This is a particularly pale coloured individual.Locality:
