Maybe a colour form of this species, or a different species belonging to the Halgerda willeyi species group.

A typical individual. Note the yellow along the ridges, thin black lines and spots in the depressions, and rhinophores with black speckles. Described from the Marshall islands, but now known to be widely distributed in the central and western tropical Pacific Ocean.
