The orange & light blue lines between the rhinophores are characteristic

Yes, this is definitely Hermissenda crassicornis. It is distinguished by the double, opalescent blue median line running the length of the body and enclosing a bright orange-yellow elongate spot between and posterior to rhinophores and another in cardiac region; and the weakly perfoliate rhinophores.
