Yes; this is definitely Hypselodoris bollandi. It is an atypical individual in that the black area on the central mantle with radiating lobes is particularly pale so it hardly looks to be present at all and the yellow spots are rather large. It is definitely not Risbecia pulchella.Comment from Richard Willan on photo #5764
