Comment from Richard Willan on photo #2978
One of South Africa’s most distinctive and most special endemic nudibranchs. It is recognised by the smooth rhinophores and large, wavy notal brim. The triangular oral veil is just visible above the front of the rounded foot. This juvenile individual is on one of its host, the sea fan Leptogorgia palma. The other food is the purplish soft coral Alcyonium fauri.
