At the moment I would call this Nembrotha cf. guttata, or simply Nembrotha sp. All the Indian Ocean ones are orange and black with some green, but all the Pacific photos I have seen have distinctive white markings on the body, rhinophores, and gills. The spots are also different, as is the ground colour. Without bodies, I am afraid it is impossible to say. There do seem to be consistent geographical differences between these two, although there are a number or green and orange spotted species.

This individual is a bit unusual in having pale violet-blue rhinophores and gills (they are usually black).
