The black pigment on the dorsum, but not on the tubercles is characteristic.

The white branchial plumes, & black pigment on the dorsum, but not on the tubercles are characteristic of Peltodoris noblils. This specimen has a little more black pigment than is typical

This is a nice image in that the individual is photographed slightly obliquely so it is possible to see the brown pigment does not extend up onto the tubercles.
