Hard to tell without a size, despite sand grains!, but this looks more like a Philinopsis to me.

An undescribed species.

I do not think this is an all-black colour form of Philinopsis gardineri.

This is a very small juvenile individual, so probably the adult colours, which would enable its identification, are not developed yet.
