Comment from Richard Willan on photo #4804
This small phyllidiid (to 15 mm long) is endemic to the Maldive Islands and characterised by 3, mid-dorsal, longitudinal ridges plus a few simple tubercles that are strongest adjacent to the mantle margin. The background colour is dark orange and there are thick, black, longitudinal stripes on either side of the central ridge plus a black ring just outside the outer ridges. The rhinophores are uniformly orange.
