This is Fryeria rueppelii, as evidenced by the yellow margin. the specimen is rather darker than normal, but well within the variation for the species.

A perfect example, again an endemic species to the Red Sea.

Similar to Phyllidia picta, but Phyllidia rueppelii always has gold band at the mantle edge. Phyllidia rueppelii is endemic to the Red Sea.
