This individual displays an unusual colour pattern with a broad white marginal band. However the arrangement of the pustules on the mantle (one large pustule surrounded by a ring of 6 smaller pustules) and large exhalant ‘siphon’ at the rear when it is crawling actively are characteristic of Pleurobranchus grandis. Like most species of Pleurobranchus, it is a nocturnal species.Locality:
