Two individuals on host gorgonian Eunicella sp. Individuals of this species take on the colours of the particular host gorgonian on which they are living, so their camouflage is perfect.Comment from Richard Willan on photo #2967
This dendronotid nudibranch is characterised by the low pustules on its back and short gill tufts. It is coloured to match the gorgonians on which it feeds – either cream, or orange, or brown. It is considered to have a wide distribution in the eastern Atlantic Ocean – from the North Atlantic Ocean to South Africa.Locality:
